ARCHITECTURE:

The building design is based on a sketch from legendary architect Howard Elkus, who died in 2017. It is meant to resemble a sail unfurling in the wind, rolling waves, it is said Mayor Menino wanted anything but a simple glass box. The developer Cronin Development was founded in 1995, Boston-based.
