Shadin or “Shad” for short, got his real estate license in 2016. Before even getting his license he was already working with a top leasing office in the heart of Boston. In his first 6 years, he focused on leasing in a very competitive market where he performed at a high volume. He specializes in the Boston area with a focus on Back Bay, Fenway, South End, Symphony, and Kenmore. As well as Brighton/Allston, Brookline, and Cambridge.

With his experience and knowledge of the Boston market, he opened his own brokerage to help his clients buy, sell, lease and manage their property. What sets him apart is his incredible attention to detail combined with his work ethic. Above all, he’s known for his calm demeanor that keeps his clients feeling stress-free throughout what is more often extremely stressful.

During his free time Shad loves to play sports, and he’s also very passionate about boxing. So much so that he was on his way to becoming a top amateur/pro in the state and country. He learned that it takes a lot of dedication and hard work to get what you want but you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. He has a very competitive & relentless nature that allows him to get the best deals for his clients. This journey all led up to bringing The Ghazarian Group to life!
